I was very dissatisfied with the work/lack of, that Allen performed. He introduced himself as a profound pool guy that would helps us with the pool cost and get the pool swimable for the kids. After about 2.5 weeks he stated his work was done and requested final payment. He said the pool would be filled by the morning and all we had to do was set the pump on backwash, add some chemicals in and wait about 2 hours and the kids would be able to swim.
