Don't go here it’s a big rip off
If you wanna get ripped off by someone who seems nice, well you’ve struck gold! Came and brought in 500-600 ish lbs of copper mostly 3/0 RW90, not bx or ACWU. Maybe 150 lbs of it was copper #12-#8 awg. While I was walking out the door with the cheque he said “that’ll be some good beer money” and he was right, because all that was worth a couple cases of beer. I was paid $.55/lb for the smaller wire and $.80/lb for the larger wire. Slap in the face right? I drove off thinking wow copper prices have gone way down, probably not... read more
