I had sewer line and gas work to be done. They got offended when I told them I got a second estimate from another plumber, even though it's standard practice and I was simply asking for their insights on what the other plumber said. They had also originally made comments about our gas work, as if they would do it, but we didn't find out until we asked about gas work missing from our estimate that they don't do gas work. Extremely rude and disrespectful customer service when I dealt with them. Would not recommend.
When I was a construction manager at Habitat, I used them on many builds and renovations. I continue to use them til this day. I love their service. Big Shout out to Judy, mike and the gang.
