Ran across this repair shop based solely on google reviews. Dave hands down knowledgeable and reasonable. Biggest attraction is he’s honest and in the mechanics world this is exactly what you want. He repaired my youngest son’s vehicle same day service. Needless to say he will be our mechanic permanently and we won’t go anywhere else. Honest, fast, reliable and reasonable.
I had a simple job completed today at Allen's Quality Auto Care. However, their customer service is exceptional. There prices are fare especially for today. When I couldn't find the shop they stood outside to help me spot the location. They make you feel comfortable about bringing your car to them, and are willing to answer questions without making you feel you are doing something wrong because you have questions. They are a gem!
Dave was very accommodating with a time to get my oil changed and get car checked out for winter. The key drop off is safe—keys go directly in the shop. Two thumbs up and definitely taking other car for next oil change. Very reasonable prices.
