Allen and his TEAM are a Great Company and provide excellent services. I've read some of these recent reviews and would 100% disagree with their reviews. From the Owner Allen to his techs they explain everything in detail and keep my pool clean. Plus Allen is a Veteran and I Love supporting Veteran Owned Businesses! Thank you Allen and Team! I'd give 10 Stars if I could.

Allen finally got everything cleaned up and working properly. His employees, especially Danny and Jess, are wonderful. I hope this company improves over time and stays in business

Dreadful service. I only used them since August and had to cancel. The worst part is that, after replacing the sand filter, he dumped the sand on the ground around the equipment and just left it there. Now I have to pay someone to try to clean up the mess.

So Allen's pool company/services might be a good fit for customers who are all ready with him. But if you are a new customer good luck in getting services through his company he'll tell you that his people will call and they never do, they will say that they will be there but never show. If you text them back, they will apologize up and down and then reschedule for someone to come out the very next day!
