The asphalt driveway has developed large dips, some as big as 6x6 feet. After 5 years, it is now cracking all over the place and has to be dug out and replaced. Mr. Jeffrey was unusually insistent on being paid at the time. I was at work and could not inspect the work. Allen Jeffery 's reasons for not paying bills.. Our company has never heard such ridiculous reasons to not pay a bill, here are some. He had a brain injury at the time and isn't responsible. Someone else took $ from his bank account. He was almost killed. He has amnesia. He has family members in the hospital, he just went threw a divorce. It just goes on and on, don't waste your time with this guy.
