He came one day to look at my door. Said he had to order parts, all he needed was weather stripping. I called him last week and asked about it, he said he had to "order" the stripping. Still didn't hear from him. Called another guy out, he had stripping in his truck and fixed it immediately. Alan has terrible customer service!!
Allen came to out house and fixed the lock on the trailer door. The trailer lock broke with the part that bumps out from the side extended. He obtained the part and replaced ot for us in our driveway. What a relief.
Called Allen because I saw really good reviews. Had issues with my oven in new 5th wheel. I called at 1050 am, and he returned call in about 30 minutes. Said he would be able to get to me by 2:30. Arrived earlier than that, solved problem in about a minute. Allen seemed to feel bad how quick he solved it , gave me a break on price, just charged service fee. That was greatly appreciated. He was prompt, professional, and a nice guy. Highly recommend him to anyone.
