Buffington as builders have been horrible, first year and they raised HOA dues $125. Used pallet mulch in the playground. Had to be shut down to remove all the nails. Will cut corners. Neighborhood people are great, builders are not
Fairly decent homes, very nice neighborhood, not the most energy efficient built, and in my personal opinion they are a little over priced. BUT that is apparently what folks are willing to pay as they have a constant stream of customers.
