They Installed a Rheem system for me, and could never get it to work. After 20 tries trips to my house, he told me not to call him back. I had to call someone else to work on it, to resolve his install issues. Come to find out, Rheem said a warranty claim had never been filed against my unit, and he was not Rheem certified, as he had said. cost me $1700 to fix his issues. Avoid at all cost!
A few years after they install AC Unit, The inside motor burned out. I thought it should been under warranty because it was less than five years old. I called and called and called and even left a message for them to call me back. They would not answer the phone nor call me back. I had to call someone else to fix the problem that costed me over $500 for parts that should have costed nothing. Would not recommend these guys.
We called Tanner at approximately 11:00 AM and explained to him our unit wasn’t working properly. It wasn’t even two hours later, he showed up and got the problem fixed!
Love these guys. I have been using them for the past 6 years and they are awesome. Anytime you need them just call, always nice and friendly. The service people are very courteous and wear booties to make sure they don't track in. I had to have a whole new system installed Furnace and Air and they had it done within 2 hours, and they put in another vent for me. Won't use anyone else!!!!!
