Tanner was on-time, professional and went WELL above and beyond to make sure our historic home was warm during this most recent Kentucky winter. He was knowledgable, honest, and extremely accomodating. I could not ask for a better experience and Allen's has earned a dedicated customer. Tanner was so nice to talk to. And, Mike the Tech was very nice and considerate. He explained about the thermostat and things to watch for. I would Highly recommend Allen's!!!!

Had a new furnace installed by Allen’s several years ago. Tanner came and gave us a price. Tanner ordered our ac and installed it the day after it came in. Their work was completed and their area was cleaned up before they left. Professional, clean cut, and personable. Would recommend them for any HVAC work.
