Allen's heating and cooling are the best! Mike came out and found the problem, and Tanner worked all day to get the unit up and running. Tanner even stayed at our house to make sure everything worked perfectly, before he would leave. They are honest and prices are fair. I would definitely recommend them for all your heating or cooling needs.
The guys at Allen's have helped me more than once with HVAC issues at a rental cabin in Red River Gorge and have always responded quickly and with reasonable pricing. I highly recommend them for maintenance, installs, and service.
They Installed a Rheem system for me, and could never get it to work. After 20 tries trips to my house, he told me not to call him back. I had to call someone else to work on it, to resolve his install issues. Come to find out, Rheem said a warranty claim had never been filed against my unit, and he was not Rheem certified, as he had said. cost me $1700 to fix his issues. Avoid at all cost!
