Packages not delivered and marked undeliverable and unable to access property and we were home waiting, we have no gate or fence, driver clearly didn't even come down street or got lost. Item took a month to deliver after many contacts miss last year. Christmas came with two identical items in one consignment note made it all over Australia no problems, one delivered other not, kept getting scanned in depot for weeks had to go out to collect because not delivered as promised and they lost it overnight but eventually found in... read more
Very unreliable. Freight sits around for days on trucks and they don’t deliver it if they can’t be bothered
Just a mob off idiots since it changed hands, packages sit in depot for several days before delivery, use to be next day
