Mr.Allen may mean well and seems to be a sweet guy.. but he is a deeply ineffective counselor. I attended 4 family sessions with him and each session was more useless than the last. Coming to Allen's family counseling center did more harm than good. He should probably consider retiring as his process and approach is vastly dated.
This is a place of unconditional love and a beacon of strong support for anyone and I mean anyone in need of counceling . There unwavering commitment to the client is a sight to see !
Amazing customer service!
I got rescheduled twice and both times I was left waiting and my so called therapist didn’t even show up to the telehealth call 😒 this is why sometimes people have a hard time deciding on wether or not reaching out for help is worth it because when you do your therapist dosent even care enough to even show ! I called back 5 times trying to see what is going no one even picked up ! Not even gonna bother looking for help anymore It’s all a load of garbage!
