I’ve taken my vehicles to Allen’s for several repairs. They have always done great work.
Called to try and get an oil change and brake service. They said if you get here in 30 minutes we can do it, I said okay great. Then I asked their hourly rate and cost of oil change, and the guy on the phone said, yeah if we’re going to keep going round and round on this, just forget it, and hung up the phone on me. I think most people would like to know price of service but I guess that’s just too much to ask for at Allen’s automotive. Terrible customer service. Will never take a vehicle there.
Came in for a second opinion and the other guys were trying to rip me off! Highly recommend. Fantastic service, knowledge, & work ethic. Thank you
