Allen's Auto Services is fantastic! After getting ridiculous quotes and being told others couldn't even do the job, they were able to properly install the hydraulic pressed wheel bearings on my 2017 Lincoln MKC at a price that was incredibly fair and reasonable. I’ve never taken the time to give a review like this but hopefully it saves someone life. Do not by ANY means take your vehicle here. I needed belts on my F-150, took them 3 times and visits to get that correct… Not to mention when I was about to back out of the bay they manually pushed in my automatic mirror's messing them up for a bit…. Cmon… I lost brakes and was in an accident few months later and shame on me took my truck to them because they were able to get me in right away. Red flag. Multiple warning lights came on in our 2020 Acura RDX. I was out of town, so my wife had to bring it in, and she is not comfortable dealing with car repairs. Steve explained that the vehicle was safe to drive and cleared the codes. He also clearly explained that if the issue returned, we should take it to a Honda/Acura dealership. He did not try to upsell us or recommend any unnecessary repairs. I cannot express how grateful I am for this service. Additionally, Steve was incredibly generous with what he charged us.
