I am 100% sure that there is no real mechanic that works at this place I took a Ford F-150 in to have the steering column replaced they broke my – into a million pieces and tried to act like that it didn't happen somehow they broke my air conditioner and the turn signals they told me that the truck would be ready on a Tuesday it was Friday before I was able to pick the truck up I asked repeatedly to speak to the owner of the business and was told no I definitely would not recommend bringing your car here

Had the “Check engine” light come on while visiting the beach, so I took my car to Allen’s for a diagnostic. I didn’t have an appointment, but they got me right in. A family member picked me up and not long after we got back to our beach house they called to tell me what the problem was. Before they called, they had already researched the problem and found it to be a warranty fix by the manufacturer. They gave me all the information I needed to call the dealership and arrange for the fix. I offered to pay for their time, but... read more
