to start with my star rating is lower than one i was at the beach by my self 200 miles away from home it was on the weekend my alternator started going out and running my battery dead i was basicly stranded luckily some one in the camp ground had a charger and charged it for me so i could go to o reillys and get an alternator so i could have it put on monday morning so i took it to ALLENS and they refused to put it on because i bought my own part and really jumped all over for for it and told me he was going to run an over... read more
Have to say the folks at Allen's Auto Service are first-class Customer driven. Stopped in yesterday morning to ask whether there was a way to have someone look at my car for a fluid leak. Just that quick, the service manager drove my car to a bay and began the assessment. He gave me the diagnosis; I asked when he could take my vehicle. "Right now," he said.
