Always very efficient, great service, Kim is very helpful
For the price you pay, Ken is very unprofessional and rude. I would definitely not recommend. I asked about a part they replaced on my vehicle and whether it was possible that it might not have been fitted correctly (potentially causing another problem with my car) they rudely dismissed me and said that it was not possible that they incorrectly fitted the part. I asked genuinely and just wanted a genuine answer. Hand written invoices also make it hard to work out what parts they actually fitted on the vehicle. Will never tak... read more
