Joe Kelton is the worst person. He doesn't care about his employees, thinks because it's a 24 hr service they should be up over 24 hrs. He could care less about their health, due to lack of sleep, just so long as they are out there making him money. Don't use this shop or his other service JC Mobile as he marks the price of parts up and you'll pay way more than you should.

If I could give a negative star I would. When bringing a car in to be repaired you should not just take the word of the customer, because you are the expert in that field. To not fully diagnose a vehicle and replace something that did not fix the initial problem is absurd. Ray is very unprofessional. Trying to talk to him and he completely cut me off and constantly blaming my son, (customer) for explaining the issue incorrectly. The experience I had with this shop was a complete nightmare. My car stayed at the shop for weeks, only for them to tell me something new was wrong with my car every time I called to check on the status. I was given one quote for a service by the shop foreman, but ultimately billed a much higher price by the shop owner, after the job was completed. I was charged 30% interest on all parts. These guys are the best man they were on time helped me tow my vehicle and fixed the problem and had me back on the road in no time! I highly recommend these guys!!!
