I haven't had a check-up in years, and was very pleased with the entire experience. The office is clean and relaxed, and all the staff were wonderful from start to finish!
The receptionist was incredibly welcoming, and the office was spotless with a relaxing atmosphere. Dr.McPherson took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I was comfortable throughout my procedure. The cleaning was painless, and I left with my teeth feeling great! I’ll definitely be returning for my next checkup.
Dr. is an excellent dentist—truly the best. However, the front desk experience has been disappointing. The receptionist is unwelcoming and unwilling to accommodate requests. Unfortunately, her attitude made me and my husband to reconsider continuing at this clinic.
I’ve been going to Allendale Dental since their last office. I’m always very happy with the results and will always be a customer. The receptionist is a real sweat heart too, very pleasant and understanding. I don’t have insurance and thought the pricing was very reasonable for a small cavity.
