From going in to shop and seeing Mark the salesman to pick our floor was a great experience very polite and friendly and helpful. The fitter Josh was absolutely brilliant his work was amazing absolutely pleased with everything would recommend them and will be using them again

We visited Allenby Stevenson after a recommendation. We had shopped around extensively for LVT before making our decision. We had flooring fitted in this room only a few years ago which failed quickly, so we was cautious in making our decision. Whatever you do don't use this carpet supplier they are a complete scam. I wanted a carpet fitted to my staircase and adjoining landing and they charged me for carpet for areas in my property that I didn't even want carpeted by intentionally taking incorrect measurements of my staircase. On asking for a refund for the additional costs incurred I was informed: ... '' you made the mistake and we don't provide refunds'' ...
