Doctor Tsui always listens to what I have to say and responds to help me. So many doctors will not listen.
He is not a good doctor. He missed very serious conditions in my former husband and mother-in-law, and they both died, prematurely. I can’t believe he’s still in practice!!!!
This review does not reflect the Dr. or the Nurse Practitioner . On more then a few occasions I have called for a number of reasons and no one answers. After 3 minutes of continuous ringing the message says "there is an error in connecting your call, please call back later" then the call ends. No matter what option I choose the same error repeats itself. This is an embarrassment for Bon Secour; a medical facility that has built its name on customer care and rehabilitation. My appointment was for 11, I did not see Tsui until 12:10. He did not apologize, he was far more concerned with trying out some new medical gadget. The appointment I waited over an hour for was less than 10 minutes, where he did not even let me know our appointment was over before leaving and going to the next patient where I overheard him politely apologize for making them wait…. Again, I did not receive any such apology. Very disrespectful. The nurses at this location however were lovely as always.
This appointment was disappointing. No bedside manner, no clear explanations, Tsui asked questions for a diagnosis that his patient had over 5 years. He acted totally clueless. I wouldn't refer anybody to him!
