Dr Tham is knowledgeable and thorough. His diagnosis is consistent with my prior specialist and the treatment offered is helping already. I highly recommend Dr Tham.

Seemed rushed each time unlike other doctors who are busy too, but other doctors I dealt with would ask before they left if I had any questions, concerns or at least point out if there were any options. Patients need to know they are valued and given a “reasonable” amount of time to discuss their concerns or treatment plans/options with any doctor, especially if you have to wait patiently for them as well each time like I did. Regardless if busy or not all valued patients need to feel their condition is important and be given a reasonable Q & A time to be heard and responded to. In my experience I was left feeling like just another patient and rushed in and out, he just seemed uninterested to be honest & so I went elsewhere where I feel valued by a more experienced & involved doctor.
Business Response:

We are sorry to hear that you did not have a positive experience with Dr. Tham. We take patient feedback very seriously as it is the best way for us to improve and grow. Patient care, including patient questions and concerns is a top priority for us and we have shared your comments with our administration. Thank you again for your understanding.

Dr. Tham surgically repaired my wife's fractured patella. Dr. Tham and his team did an excellent job in explaining the seriousness of the injury and providing encouragement and support during the healing and rehabilitation process.
