Dr. Toles is an excellent doctor and human being. My two cousins had the privilege of having pregnancy and delivery follow-up care with him. He is extremely attentive to listening to the needs and concerns of his patients. Now that I am expecting my first baby, he has been seeing me since my first trimester. He always takes the time to evaluate me, listen to me, and closely observe the sonogram results. I have been going to Dr. Toles for some years now and he is always so kind, and great at listening to concerns. In addition to his great work, the representatives that speak to you over the phone are phenomenal. Recently I was having a really bad day and on top of that I was struggling to make an appointment that fit my busy work schedule. One of the representatives went out of their way to give me a call back just when I had given up, and gave me a time that worked great for me. Beyond thankful for them!!
Knowing that I live far away this doctor sent me home from the hospital while is was 3 cm dilation because I didn’t dilate “fast enough”! Avoid avoid avoid!
Waited for over two hours which is absolutely ridiculous. Then he prescribed MRI test and said he would contact insurance company to verify and approve. Two months have gone by, with multiple calls to his staff and no results. He has no interest in servicing his clients/patience. And in addition to this he did an inhouse ultra sound which my insurance didn't cover so I had to pay over 700 dollars to cover the services.
