If you're looking for a doctor that runs his practice like a retail shop, then by all means, come here. The office screams patient farming. No room to sit because the chairs are taken by...strangely enough... *all new patients filling out paperwork.* I've been to many doctors. I've waited a long time, but never in my long medical history and experience have I seen an office so overbooked with new patients that you had to stand. Byer be ware! 1st visit, no one greeted me. I was advised I needed to sign for a Refraction, fee of $60. I opted out of the refraction with the intake person as I signed the form. At the end of my appointment I was charged $90. I called back for an accounting of the fees, and was advised I was charged $60 refraction fee. The Dr.'s assistant got on the phone with me and rudely argued that the Dr offered me a prescription for glasses. No ma'am this did not happen.
