The nurses and healthcare people are very kind and helpful. They respond to the call button in a reasonable amount of time. My friend has been there for 2 months after surgery. The rehab people are working every day to help her walk again. My friend feels safe and cared for there.
No follow up from management or Human Resources! Communication lacks there of and is very poor!
The care my sister got from this place was next to zero. If you’re trying to reach ANYONE about your loved one or expect a phone call when they are hurt or sent to the hospital, don’t. It’s a complete waste of time. My sister was hospitalized due to negligence in this facility. I was told “anything they could due to help.” Straight up lies from ALL forms of management and administration.
