No follow up from management or Human Resources! Communication lacks there of and is very poor!
The care my sister got from this place was next to zero. If you’re trying to reach ANYONE about your loved one or expect a phone call when they are hurt or sent to the hospital, don’t. It’s a complete waste of time. My sister was hospitalized due to negligence in this facility. I was told “anything they could due to help.” Straight up lies from ALL forms of management and administration. A woman I know (she more like a family member) is in this place right now. She has missed 3 eye doctor appointments since she has been here. Her ankle is swollen from falling and they wont get her any medical treatment. They take all of her money , but $50 a month.
My Mom is getting OUTSTANDING care and I trust that they will and are taking the best care of my Mom. It's a very friendly atmosphere. I would HIGHLY recommend this place!
