Very helpful and polite and were able to answer all my questions
I called the water station and Dwon ( sorry if spelling is wrong) answered, how nice it is to hear a friendly and pleasant voice on the other side. He was nice from start to finish. Thank you!! Jerimiah was the service tech sent out, what a nice young man. Came right out, answered my questions and explained the process. I needed to get my sprinklers off and once I did I called back and Dwon answered again. Said he send him over and bam Jerimiah was back and my water on. Thank you!! Awesome customer service. I misunderstood the new online system, it’s tricky but when you go to make your payment you can click on the box and enter the amount you would like to pay. It’s just not very user friendly. I called in and then operator explained this to me, very friendly, super helpful!
I am starting to move this month tried moving water over to Allen from Plano worst site ever. Plano is so cut and dry easy to manage. I called front desk she was rude i was trying over 5 hours on website kept giving me error message to top it off they weren’t answering their phones now i have to walk in. Lets see how she is in person cause this ridiculous. Every single time they change payment providers they somehow manage to find someone worse. I wrote more but at least the people were nice enough when calling (raised it from a 1 to a 2 since at least there is some level of customer service). Apparently this isn't live yet, though you're expected to set up an account or you can't autopay. It doesn't help it has a payment portal, it's going live "sometime this spring", and my bill showed up as a payment item in there when I checked in March.
