Every single time they change payment providers they somehow manage to find someone worse. I wrote more but at least the people were nice enough when calling (raised it from a 1 to a 2 since at least there is some level of customer service). Apparently this isn't live yet, though you're expected to set up an account or you can't autopay. It doesn't help it has a payment portal, it's going live "sometime this spring", and my bill showed up as a payment item in there when I checked in March.
