Great business! Honest work!
Allen Transmission replaced my 2007 Volkswagen Rabbit tran about four weeks ago. Bevin, the office manager, was courteous and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions leading up to and during the rebuild. I was told to bring the car back in three to four weeks for a check. I did. At the time she found I was down a quart of oil. Definitely above the call of duty. So far the car is running well. I recommend this business to friends and family.
The check engine light and O/D light as well as other dummy lights had come on in my 2002 Ford Windstar. When I had the codes read all the issues were transmission related. A friend suggested taking the van to Allen Transmission on Manchester. I'm certainly glad he did. Based on the codes I thought it would cost an arm and a leg to get this fixed.
