I love Dr Farmer and his associates.But ,his office staff were not helpful and completely unprofessional. He came highly recommended by other doctors and patients . I just wish the office staff was easier to deal with.
Dr. Rose and the HSS staff was very professional and courteous during the whole day from check-in, procedure, and the discharge process.

Surgery to replace my ACL. The entire experience was terrific, from initial appointment with my fabulous surgeon, Jo Hannafin, in Stamford, CT, to surgery and recovery in Manhattan. Everyone and everything was so well-organized, coordinated and professional. The staff was warm, courteous, knowledgeable and caring. Could not have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend HHS.
