I need an MRN and they are refusing to supply this test at their Paramus location. They are trying to force me to go to their facility in the crap hole of NYC. I am beyond disgusted. Heartless Mutts

I would not recommend. The Dr. was okay, but they insisted I see their in-house Orthopedist. Their first appointment was two months away. I told them I have my own Orthopedist and arranged an appointment with him only three business days away. When I tried to get my medical records I ended up in a maze of calls, faxes, or would have to go from NJ to NY to pick them up in person. Outrageous. Been waiting about 2 1/2 hours for a CT scan and still waiting. We were told it was a 20 minute wait. They put you in a waiting room and forget about you. There is no one watching the big picture and directing patient flow. I am disappointed and expected so much more.

Dr. Williams and his PA Melissa are WONDERFUL and Theyve been nothing but patient and kind. I’m a 33 year old knee replacement candidate and I’ve had numerous docs tell me my only option is a knee replacement because my knee is so worn down and nothing else they can do. Dr. Williams and melissa have given me so many other alternatives that have given me MY LIFE BACK. Thank you. I’m forever indebted. I have not been paid to say this or is this a fake post. The hospital staff has been kind, but the doctors here are top notch.
