I’ve had my first appointment at HSS just yesterday and it went so well. Dr Kyriakos Kirou was so caring and patient and thorough. I feel much better after just one visit and the staff was lovely and so helpful. For the first time in over a year, I’m feeling relieved and well looked after. �
RecommendedHad total hip replacement surgery at HSS by Dr Robert Buly back in 2014. He is an amazing surgeon and the surgical staff at HSS is like a precision machine. Prompt, caring, efficient and well coordinated. Post operation, nurses and nurse assistants are generally young, inexperienced and some seemed annoyed having to be of assistance. Definitely not up to par with the rest of the hospital. The meals, on the other hand were excellent. Aside from the post-op nursing, though, everything else about HSS is top notch. RecommendedThe BEST hospital experience I ever had! From start to finish. I am a Recovery room RN and I've never seen such A well oiled machine.. professionalism at its finest!! Dr Mayman, Dr. Malouf.. Erin Nicklinsky From PACU, Olga From Pre op, Laura in PACU. And all staff in between, especially my Nurse on the 7 th floor, Bernadette Dempsey she made me feel comfortable.
