Appreciated being able to schedule a state inspection. They were quick and didn't try to bully me into any unnecessary work.
Steve at the forest Hill Allen tire is very rude hung up on me twice. Will not return here again
Horrible. I asked to have one tire sensor replaced and the worker kept telling me that I had to leave my car (for how ever many days)and I explained to the worker that I don’t have another car to come back to get the car. They weren’t understanding and I had to drive all the way to Allen tire in Midlothian to get the service I needed. They were understanding and had no problem changing the sensor within 20-40 minutes.

I recently went in to have my tire inspected after my pressure sensor went off a couple times. It turns out I had a nail in my tire. Service was initially great, they got me in quickly, and didn't charge me on my way out (they diagnosed the issue and held off on maintenance while I shopped for a tire). The staff was very friendly and amenable. The reason for the one-star review is the service personnel who moved my vehicle apparently damaged my steering wheel.
