This guy has done nothing in my expungement case. Paid him 700.00 six months ago. When I checked the court to see if something was filed, they told me nothing was filed. He kept telling me be patient. The court says it should only take 2 months. I called him asked about my case and he gets mad saying he's refunding me because I have no confidence in his work. Beware this lawyer is fraud, I paid this lawyer $1,650 to expunge two cases for me, six months have passed already, so i decided to call the kentucky court services myself to check on my expungement applications they told me there are no applications regarding the expungements. this lawyer is a thief. he will lie straight to your face and take your hard working money for free. i will be disputing the charges and will take him to court if i have to. I have had Tim as an attorney for quite sometime now. I waited this long to write a review because I wanted to give an in-depth review. Mr. Allen is beyond exceptional. He has always been honest, and upfront with every case he has helped our family with. Since we live out of state I was very nervous to hire an attorney I could not meet in person.
