My son was convicted under Mr. Allen's watch. He did not stick to the plan established beforehand. He did not call any of his own witnesses, did not call out inconsistencies during trial, allowed the prosecution to dictate the narrative, and then disallowed my son from testifying in his own defense. I would have had this conversation after the trial, but Mr. Allen disappeared very quickly afterward. If you're looking for an attorney, look elsewhere.
