Racism , discrimination and favoritism . Specially when your Project Manager is philippine and she has preferences for her philippines employees. They do not do bussing , don’t clean restrooms, don’t do the clipper , don’t do pots and pans . They only prep and cashier and walk around even if they are done within an hour. This is a very serious but no one seems to care. People are quitting because of this constantly situation. No work rotation for Philippines .
There is a reason the turn around rate is so high, the job would be good if issues from a lot of supervisors, that are horrid to employees could be fixed, but no amount of trying to get issues fix gets results, the problems tend to either be kicked about or dust under the rug, driving people to quit or move buildings due to herassment from upper management. I’ve worked with this company for 7 years, in the beginning when I first started it was a great company to work for with great pay & people were nice. Through out the years since working their I’ve seen plenty of people come and go such as management changing constantly, employees leaving as well because management and upper management in HR doesn’t know how to approach and appreciate their employees.
