Based on my experience with Allen Tate agent during my recent home purchase I would not recommend this company From property tour to closing the agent made my buying experience more difficult than it needed to be. Did not know basic things about the property they were representing when called and asked during the tour. Promised to handle various issues but didnt. Argued about due diligence repairs on a misrepresented listing and didnt sign it but sent a contractor all the while to fix things (we hope) while they disagreed wi... read more
