Not very responsive. They take a long time and don't tell you much. Probably only work with the easiest buyers.
Worst Experience Ever !! Stay away. They approve then disapprove totally disorganized. Float your information to 3rd. parties and severely affect your Credit Rating !! Just because you wanted to give them an opportunity. They take for ever; Not Reliable.
While the individuals are nice I strongly recommend after talking with others to run for the hills vs using this company for your Mortgage. I honestly wanted to like them so much but they were by far the least organized mortgage company I have ever seen.
They are very good at providing Mortgage Services to Buyers looking to buy there 1st home or move up home.
