Extremely poor customer service. Home was insured for over $150k more than the independent appraisal I just had done. No effort to work with underwriting to get a lower rate. New company found many inefficient policy terms and was paying double for some items. Anyone is better than this firm.
Secured a lower rate this year (amazing!) and they were very helpful with a quick turnaround on documents I needed.
Customer service has declined. I’ve had this Insurance for quite a few years and rates and customer service were great. I recently had an increase, called in, and the customer service was trash. It was at that moment that I had zero interest in remaining with the company and found a better rate. I called back in to discuss cancellation charges, which I understand occur, and again was met with the trash customer service. Had I received better customer service, I would have had no problem paying a little bit more to stay.

They stay in touch with us to make sure our insurance policy coverage for home and auto is adequate and our deductible makes the most financial sense for our ROI.
