I own a cottage that was being rented, and I received a call from the rental agency about a leak in the plumbing. from the first call to the office, my experience was fantastic! i woke up to find there was no hot water. when i reached out, a very friendly woman answered and asked for the usual details. i mentioned i didn’t think i could get a same-day appointment, and she surprised me by saying, “do you have hot water?” i replied “no, ma’am,” and to my amazement, she said, “then we will be there today.” i called around 9:45 am, and by 12:40, i got a call from my technician cory, letting me know he and his apprentice ezekiel would arrive... read more

Great service and reasonable prices! I wanted to update the old fixtures in my shower and tub, and Cory initially mentioned it might be a bit costly because re-tiling would be necessary after removing the old fixtures. However, he later called back with fantastic news—he found some larger plates that would cover the spots left by the old fixtures, so re-tiling wasn't needed after all.
