Working with Asher was a fantastic experience. He truly cares about making sure you’re satisfied with the carpet cleaning service. I had a special Moroccan rug with some delicate dyes that can sometimes run, and Asher made sure to call me first to discuss the situation and get my approval before moving forward. the carpet cleaning team did a great job and showed up right on time. erick was friendly and made sure to get out all the stains in my four rooms and on the stairs. some furniture was moved so they could clean better, but a few pieces stayed in place. after the cleaning, they reminded me to be careful while the carpets dried, which was helpful. next time, it would be nice if they said hi and introduced themselves before starting, just for that extra professional touch. even though the price was $500, it saved me a lot of tim... read more

I have been using Allen & Sons Carpet Cleaners for many years and have always been happy with their service. I have several light-colored carpets that often end up with tough stains. Erick has managed to remove red wine, mud, juice spills, pet accidents, and more. Recently, my dog was sick and left some very dark stains on the carpet, but Erick came out and cleaned everything perfectly. If you need your carpets cleaned, I highly recommend giving them a call!
