We sent three rugs, including a big living room one, to Allen & Sons Carpet Cleaners in Memphis for a deep cleaning. There weren’t any big stains, but after a few years of use, they just needed some freshening up. The rugs came back looking just as good as new! Working with Asher was a fantastic experience. He truly cares about making sure you’re satisfied with the carpet cleaning service. I had a special Moroccan rug with some delicate dyes that can sometimes run, and Asher made sure to call me first to discuss the situation and get my approval before moving forward. the carpet cleaning team did a great job and showed up right on time. erick was friendly and made sure to get out all the stains in my four rooms and on the stairs. some furniture was moved so they could clean better, but a few pieces stayed in place. after the cleaning, they reminded me to be careful while the carpets dried, which was helpful. next time, it would be nice if they said hi and introduced themselves before starting, just for that extra professional touch. even though the price was $500, it saved me a lot of tim... read more

this was my first time getting my carpets cleaned and i had a really great experience. the technician, jonah, was super professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. i needed help getting some tough stains out of the carpet, and jonah went above and beyond to make sure everything looked fresh. he even came back a second time at no extra charge to tackle a stubborn spot, which i really appreciated. stains can be hard to remove, so i was glad to have professionals handle it. i would definitely recommend allen & son... read more
