Their Technician broke the freezer drawer by mistake, then he lied to the Co by telling them that we are the one who broke it. They don’t reply our complaints by emails, you can’t reach the maintenance manger to discuss
I just called and let him know that we had a short on a refrigerator He said he couldn't help me I just hung up on me
Worst company I've dealt with 2 visits $800 and they haven't fixed the problem now they're asking for another $150 even though I'm under their warranty. They came out here twice and fixed things and replaced parts that didn't need to be replaced. I guess I have to take them to small claims in order to get my money back. Don't do business with these people look them up on Yelpand read the post.
Hi Google this location to go buy a part for my washer and my dryer I get to find out the address that I'm looking at is actually a home address doesn't make sense their location is not here in Azusa is in Walden Hills big difference you guys need to correct this is an inconvenience to a customer you guys make me waste my gas
