They say they offer services in Palmdale and Lancaster and do not very rude on the phone asked me what’s wrong with my appliance yet I’m not a technician so how would I know what’s wrong with it seems like they’re a bunch of retards

If I could give 0 I would. Advertises as servicing Lancaster and Palmdale but when you get them on the phone super rude. When asked why they don't update the geographic region so this kind of mistake is made Told that's my responsibility to locate a local service company. When their address in google clearly has a Lancaster address and they come up number three on the list.
