What started as a great experience with Quality 1st turned into a nightmare after Allen Services took over. They lost my records, bungled financing for months, and now claim I have an “outstanding balance” despite their mistakes. I needed photos and video for an insurance claim—promises to call me back were never kept. Terrible communication, disorganized billing, and zero accountability. Think twice before trusting them with expensive work.
If I could give a no star review, I would. I was scheduled for service and changed my work schedule to accommodate the 4 hour arrival window. With 45 minutes left in that arrival window they called to cancel my appointment. They promised they'd make me the second appointment the next morning only to call and cancel again with no real explanation as to why.
