We have used Cintas in the past for matt service. I was approached by Derek, who is one of their Reps, and informed me of all the other services that are provided. Derek has been so patient with me and providing me and our facility with much need information and guidance. With the recent addition in Fire Protection services. UPDATE: There was NO resolution and two, 2nd opinion tech's, have said the part is good! Allen said that they would refund the "inspection" fee but they have not! BEWARE! They came out to inspect my furnace and told me that I needed $1,600 of work which included a $917 part that they said was cracked. 2nd opinion took out the part and there was no crack!
