If I could give a no star review, I would. I was scheduled for service and changed my work schedule to accommodate the 4 hour arrival window. With 45 minutes left in that arrival window they called to cancel my appointment. They promised they'd make me the second appointment the next morning only to call and cancel again with no real explanation as to why. Guillermo was absolutely wonderful! I learned How to operate my heating system when it is below 20 degrees. Now my house is nice and warm!
