I had my car seat in to Allen Samuels Service Department for some work done on what I thought was a gear shifter problem. Allen Samuels called me to come get the car that it was fixed, when it wasn't. It ended up being something else electrical that they couldn't find so I was out over $800 dollars. And I just ended up having to just go and pick up my car. And go somewhere else to get my problem fixed.
We bought our last few vehicles from Allen Samuel's and had the serviced there. Thery are wonderful. The last time I was there my service writer told me how to save some money. So, yes they are a fantastic team.
My 2023 Promaster has been serviced at this dealership twice and the customer service is fantastic. Everyone who I’ve run into there is professional, friendly and willing to help if you have a question. Blade was my adviser during this last visit and he was top notch. Delaine also assisted and was very friendly and helpful. Customer service means a lot to me and this team at Allen Samuels seems to have got that down. Thanks again!
