Was there with my daughter to pick up her vehicle. They fixed one of her problems, but pretty much blamed her for the other problem and pretty much pushed her off to get her to leave.

We scheduled an appt there because our battery kept dying and we had it tested at Autozone and another place that said our battery was fine so likely the alternator or electrical issue. Our vehicle was still under warranty from Chrysler so it was recommended we take it there. We called, gave them that info, and scheduled the appt for 10AM. We called at 2 pm the day of bc we hadn’t heard anything and they said they hadn’t gotten to it yet bc they were “slammed”. Not sure how a mechanic gets “slammed” and they can’t take care ... read more
