Amado took great care of us today. Got my truck in and fixed in a few hours. I will definitely come back.
Not happy at all with a 2023 F150 Ecoboost. Less than a month already having battery and alternator issues, driver side door not opening from outside. Having to recharge battery 7 times at auto center and being stranded twice in Indiana. Protection plan (we paid for) from dealership and insurance not able to be reached after 5pm and/or on weekends. Horrible communication, took 5 days for simple filter work. Even when I talked to the manager she said she would check on things, after I caught them giving false info, and call me back, and never bothered to call me back. Still some work was not done. Not once did they reach out to me. I always had to call for status. Was going to upgrade our Ram truck but definitely not there. Customer Satisfaction is not a priority
I enjoy coming to Allen Samuels dealership they are professional, helpful as well as friendly. Oil changes are more affordable at this dealership and they know what they are doing, I like it because it's close 2 where I live
