People are great.... service was great... ease of scheduling was great. Sticker shock of $109.00 for oil change and tire rotation. I have used Allen Samuels in Hearne for years for routine maintanance but after Saturdays visit I will have to find another place for service.
We brought my car in for service, spoke with JD and was told it would be the next day before it could be diagnosed. At 4:30 same day I received a phone call telling me it was diagnosed and what the problem was. It was repaired the next morning and we picked it up by 10:30 ready to go. We are very satisfied with the service, friendliness and professionalism ofJD and the service department.
The service people were great to work with. I arrived at my appointment time and they started working my oil change and tire rotation. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 was that they did not check tire air pressure which I had 3 tires. And they didn't put the reminder sticker to advise when my next service is due. Oliva rocked it making sure that the vehicle was completed in a short matter of time.
