Both my parents, Sharifa and Muhammad are his patients. They think he is a very wonderful talented doctor but he seems sometimes little uncaring towards his patients.
I’ve had appointments with Dr. Allen several times at Sparrow West and he is always very caring and makes you feel heard. He points you in the right direction for any testing/follow up needed and doesn’t waste your time. I see some low ratings here but don’t let them scare you away. He is very knowledgeable, professional, good to his patients, and passionate about his job.
Mixed feelings. When I initially started seeing Doctor Allen I felt that he was not really paying much attention to my concerns and was just going through the motions. More recently, he seems much better. I think the determining factor was my own motivation to lose weight and take my health more serious.
