My dog had a run in with a javelina and Dr. Allen saw us after-hours. He was knowledgeable and has tons of experience which put my worried mind at ease. My dog is also a highly reactive dog and they handled him with ease. I had a wonderful experience with this vet.
Dr. Allen, his wife and the entire staff are friendly, helpful and caring. They helped us through the heartbreak of having to put our beloved Lady out of her pain and suffering and helped her to cross over the Rainbow Bridge while I cried and cried and cried. I have called twice to ask them to see my very sick goose. Both times the receptionist was very rude and short and said we don’t see geese. I live in a very rural area and having a hard time getting seen anywhere for my sweet goose. He is dying and I asked if they would consider seeing him to euthanize him. She said they “didn’t have time for it and then when I started to cry she said “drop him off and leave and we will figure it out” in a very huffy tone.
