Horrible place to live. Inconsiderate neighbors. Drug addicts. Drunks. They take advantage of residents because they know what a hardship it can be to move. It doesn't matter if your never late on the rent, keep your lot looking nice, and never give neighbors a reason for complaint. If you decide to move here, be prepared for the water to be turned off without notice for maintenance. Very nice mobile home park in a good area, Fern Creek. I lived there 11 years and lot rent only went up twice & the 2nd time was the beginning of this year, 2025, so no, it doesnt go up often. As long as you keep your home nice, your yard, Property in good condition than you will have no problems. Management wants ppl to do the upkeep on their homes and keep a nice yard, if you dont than they will say something to you, which they should.
