This place is a total mess! I can’t believe a local business can be this bad! From big corporations you expect incompetence and rudeness. I ordered a REPLACEMENT hot tub lid. I got after months of miscommunication and incompetence a cover that won’t even last a winter. The price is outrageous and no one cares. There’s a great playin grantham. Don’t waste your money and time.

I developed a leak in my hot tub after nearly s15 years. During the 15 year period, Allen Pools has always been there to meet my needs. This time was no different. I was afraid that the leak would be hard to find, or very expensive to repair. Matt, the technician came when he said he would be there, discovered the source of the problem and fixed it within 15 minutes of his arrival. It was a great experience.
