This is a shitty company, that can't ring a doorbell and walks away, and when they show up with broken equipment and can't do the job with the appropriate equipment then charge you double. Please Never use this company for anything. They are absolutely worthless and will charge you over $500 for a simple pool cleaning while using broken equipment with more duct tape and still won't work properly. If this has happened to you share it. I'm looking into getting a lawyer for their gross charges for "miscellaneous charges"

Service department: One of the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. NUMEROUS times when they say they’re gonna call me back that day two days later have not returned the call. I’ve got a service call in now and it’s taking them three weeks to schedule it. Hopefully, they show up! It is a repair that was supposedly fixed last fall at the same time they winterized our hot tub. We have not been able to use our hot tub since we opened it up this season five weeks ago. Very expensive service as well!!
We recently purchased a replacement tub for an older one. We got a larger one and are really enjoying the tub.The delivery and installation team absolutely exceeded expectations. They installed our hot tub in the rain without missing a beat. They were not only incredibly skilled and efficient, but also kind, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process.
