We have used Allen Pools for our swimming pool maintenance and they have been great, friendly and knowledgeable. This year we added a hot tub and knew who to go to. The entire process went smoothly, Chris in sales was great and explained everything. The tub was delivered yesterday and set up and started. The delivery team was also great!
Wow, a 4 person hot tub is now on my deck with no fancy electric or plumbing needed! Chris and co thoughtfully guided us through the "plug and play" hot tub process. Be sure to read their thorough delivery guide -- I had my deck reinforced with posts, blocking, brackets and extra screws. I also needed to figure out my french doors hardware before so the team could easily get the wrapped tub through the house for the installation on the deck. I had a great experience. I walked in,they tested my water and I walked out with the chemicals I needed. The next day I was in my pool with crystal clear water
This place is a total mess! I can’t believe a local business can be this bad! From big corporations you expect incompetence and rudeness. I ordered a REPLACEMENT hot tub lid. I got after months of miscommunication and incompetence a cover that won’t even last a winter. The price is outrageous and no one cares. There’s a great playin grantham. Don’t waste your money and time.
