I bought an old house with an old pool. I purchased a new liner and had it installed. We realized there were problems with the pools systems. Because of scheduling, Ed Allen himself (owner) came to my rescue. He’s been very attentive and understanding.
Service people are knowledgeable and courteous. Good work at a fair price

The service department is the best! We get monthly notifications to come in with our hot tub water sample for a free test. Recently our 10 year old hot tub needed a new pump. Unfortunately because of tariffs getting a replacement pump took several months to arrive and we are on schedule to get it installed!
