Our hot tub was delivered on time, as scheduled. They showed up on time, brought the hot tub to the designated location on a nice sled, everyone had their specific jobs to do. Installed, hooked up, filled, and quick training done in a matter of a couple hours. Very professional. Highly recommend.
We couldn’t be more happy with our new hot tub!! From beginning to end Dave hung in there with us and explained all the details of ownership and maintenance. The entire team has been a joy to work with. In addition the service and support after the sale has been outstanding!!

Allen Pools installed one hot tub for us and took over maintenance of both that one and an existing tub. They have been professional and reliable, making care of these tubs in our second homes much easier to stay on top of.
