Used Allen for several years. No major issues, many small ones until the fall pool closing last year and spring opening this year. Pool water was black. In 30 years with this pool had never seen anything approaching this. Talked to talk to owner Cliff. Does not take any responsibility for the poor manner the pool closed last fall. Blames us for not having them service pool during winter and talks about “400” pools we have opened. Billed us $901. We used Allen Pool for several years without MAJOR Problems. However that changed. They had winterized our pool last fall. When they opened it this spring the pool water was BLACK Invoices show minimal chemicals added at closing. It took them 5 trips to try and clarify the water. Owner, Cliff claims the pool was closed properly and refused to accept any responsibility. . Billed us $901. We have had the pool for a number of years and never had this type of problem. Recommend caution in using Allen Pool
