This place never answers phones
Great company and great communication
We contacted “AP lawn and Snow” 2 months before the grass cutting season even started beacuse they mow the yard directly next to us and have for a few seasons. They never even responded! How unprofessional!! They came today and mowed my neighbors lawn and still, no response! One of the workers in a company truck was speeding 15 over down Goddard in front of me earlier today as well. From my experience I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone!!!!
This company thinks it's a good idea to show up and mow residential lawns before the sun is even up. I'm sure the homeowners don't mind since it's a vacant house but the neighbors really don't appreciate it.
The most unprofessional lawn care company I have ever encountered. Complete lack of respect for the customers lawn beyond the "quick cut". Uses large mowers that tear up the lawn and leave large patches of mud. Employees seem to relish in destroying customer property - whether that be power cords with their weedwackers, sprinkler heads with their mowers, or neighbors vehicles as they scratch and dent anything near what they are cutting.
